Open homes and on-site auctions back in NSW, after COVID-19 restrictions

Banned since 25th March 2020 in New South Wales, Australia, open homes and on-site auctions will be back from Saturday 9 May 2020, after 45 days of restrictions due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Australia.

During that time, the number of listings on the market fell drastically, the number of properties discounted increased and Sydney’s auction clearance rate hits its lowest level in more than 15 years.

Queensland just re-opened live inspections last week to up to 6 people at the same time.

Most real estate agents PropertyRender.com is working with has been on sleep mode during that time, trying to adapt to an unprecedented situation and find ways to keep the market alive.

The COVID-19 outbreak will definitely change the way real estate agents, agencies and developers will be working in the future, trying to minimise costs to market properties and find ways to generate more leads and interests to overcome the difficult recovery phase the industry will go through in the next few quarters, if not years.

We, at PropertyRender.com, are here to offer the best and most affordable real estate marketing services, to get the best out of the properties in your portfolio, maximising their visibility compared to the competition. We had some really popular services during the outbreak, like 360 Virtual Tours, or Image Enhancement services.
