How it Works

1. Order
Select the number of hotspots you would like in your virtual walkthrough. A hotspot is a room or space (i.e. bedroom, kitchen, hallway, etc.) within the property interior or exterior. At least two hotspots are required to create a virtual walkthrough.

2. Brief
Upload architectural drawings, schedule of finishes, and reference images. We can also work off sketches/drawings or reference photos with some basic dimensions. However, architectural drawings will always result in a more accurate final 3D model. Complete the details required to establish a detailed brief for your project.

3. Editing
Our team creates a draft version of the 360 renders using the information you have provided to show the perspective of the model. This typically takes 7-21 days depending on the number of hotspots requested.

4. Draft
The draft 360 renders are provided to client for review and feedback.

5. Final
The final 360 renders are generated and a virtual walkthrough is created.

6. Completion
The final renders are completed in high-resolution and are available for download via your online dashboard and you will also receive an email notification. You can also keep track of your order on your online dashboard.
